Ingredients for 6 people
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g almond butter
- 30 g honey
- 1 tbsp De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar
- 50 g dried cranberries, chopped
- 50 chopped mixed nuts
- Large pinch sea salt
- 100 g dark chocolate – melted
For the recipe
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, almond butter, honey, De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar, and sea salt. Mix well.
Fold in the chopped cranberries until thoroughly combined.
Press mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
Cut into small squares
Dip the base of each square in melted chocolate, place on baking paper and chill again until firm.
Once the energy bites are firm, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
