Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g jar cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbs De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 4 heaped tbs granola
  • Fresh cranberries (or other fruit)
  • Rosemary sprigs, to garnish

Balsamic Cranberry Parfait​_denigris_recipes

Combine De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar with the cranberry sauce.

Divide the granola between four tall glasses, then layer with cranberry sauce and yogurt, finishing with a spoonful of yogurt.  Garnish with fresh fruit and sprigs or rosemary.

Eat immediately, or chill before serving.
