Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 g jar cranberry sauce
- 2 tbs De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 4 heaped tbs granola
- Fresh cranberries (or other fruit)
- Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
For the recipe
Combine De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar with the cranberry sauce.
Divide the granola between four tall glasses, then layer with cranberry sauce and yogurt, finishing with a spoonful of yogurt. Garnish with fresh fruit and sprigs or rosemary.
Eat immediately, or chill before serving.
