Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 sausages
- 60 g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp De Nigris Gold Label Smooth Flavour Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Parsley, to garnish
For the recipe
Heat oil in frying pan. Fry sausages for 12 minutes, until brown on all sides and almost cooked.
Meanwhile, combine sugar, De Nigris Gold Label Smooth Flavour Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, honey and mustard in a small saucepan, and bring to the boil. Stir, remove from heat and set aside.
Remove sausages from pan and drain off residual fat. Return sausages to pan over a medium heat and pour the glaze mix over them. Simmer gently for two minutes, shaking the pan and spooning the glaze over the sausages, until they are throughly cooked and well-coated. Serve dirzzled with extra glaze, and sprinkled with fresh parlsley to garnish.
