Ingredients for 4 people

  • 150 g fresh basil, spinach and mint leaves – washed
  • 250 g hulled and sliced strawberries
  • 125 g crumbled goat cheese
  • 30 g chopped walnuts
  • 60 ml De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 60 ml Extra Vergin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

For the recipe

In a large salad bowl, combine mixed leaves, strawberries, goat’s cheese, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
